Live Commodity Rates

This project is focused on the better facilities for the growers and help them to get better return on their production. The project has four components i.e Data collection systems, Data uploading at cyber servers, Data syndication to the 24 displays using GPRS technology  and provision of IVR services for cell phones users to have the latest data using cellular services.

This project is first kind of its nature in Pakistan. The Fruit & vegetable markets in 20 cities have been  equipped with 25 large size online Displays which  display rates of the commodities being traded. The contents of the displays i.e. rates are controlled from a central location while Live data is being generated from 20 cities while IVR hs also be provided so that any cell phone user may also get commodity rates by dialing 700.
